Car Seats have expiration dates too!

With the recent recall of Graco Strollers, I was wondering how long one should be used. I browsed around the Graco site after reading up on the recall and found some fabulous information on expiration dates on car seats. I've seen a few that look expired, but didn't know they actually had a date imprinted on it.

Check out the manufacturers website for your car seat to see if they also have expiration dates and what the recommendations may be for continued use.

So before you borrow that used car seat from your neighbor, check it out and see if it has a date on it. Safety is the most important thing when it comes to children in car seats.

McDonalds Recall and Baby Center recall list

So if your one of the many who don't know the McDonalds Shrek glasses were recalled, they are! I never buy anything collectible at anyplace and I did buy these. Guess that was fate's way of saying I need the money more than the glasses. I found out while I was drinking my morning milk out of the Fiona glass and it came on the news! What a way to find out! I was curious about other items around here that I may not know about. So I found a great link at BabyCenter.com that has a great list.
