Here is another one of my favorite (and family approved) recipes! It's easy and yummy!

Prep ****

Cook Time 25-30 min total

Serves 12

Cheesecake Cookie cups

12 pieces Nestles Toll House refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese

1/2 cup Nestle Carnations Sweetened Condensed milk

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling (optional)

PREHEAT oven to 325 deg. Paper line 12 muffin cups

Place one piece of cookie dough in each muffin cup.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cookie has spread to edge of cup.

BEAT cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, egg and vanilla in a medium bowl until smooth. Pour about 2-3 tbsp cream cheese mixture over each cookie in cup.

BAKE for an additional 15-18 minutes or until set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.

Top with pie filling. Refrigerate about 1 hour.

I love this recipe and it's great for parties. I usually double it so there are 24, and I put the cherry filling on 12 and leave 12 plain. I'm sure you could put any fruit topping on it if you like something else. Also make sure your cream cheese it room temp. It stays lumpier when it's cold.

Hope you like it and I'd love to hear if you make it!

Enjoy being a mom all day!
