RECIPE - Meat Loaf Parmesan

1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce of your choice, divided
1/2 cup of dry Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup 2 oz Kraft (or store brand) Parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning


MIX thoroughly (with hands) meat, 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, beaten egg and Italian seasoning.

SHAPE into a loaf in a 12x8 baking dish. Top with remaining 1/4 cup (or more) of spaghetti sauce and 1/4 cup (or more) of cheese. NOTE: I use a spoon and spread extra sauce all over the top and let it run down the sides and sprinkle extra cheese all over the top to cover it.

BAKE at 375 for 40-45 minutes or until done to your desire.

SIDE DISH OPTIONS: Green Beans, Garlic Mashed Potatoes

IN PAN READY TO BAKE

AFTER 40-45 MINUTES IN THE OVEN
Slice and serve with green beans and garlic mashed potatoes.
