Johnson & Johnson is recalling its entire U.S. supply of infants Tylenol, aprrox 574,000 bottles, due to a design flaw. A part of the cap intended to restrict the flow of liquid can fall into the bottle, and that shouldn’t happen nor should parents use this medicine if it does.
